31 DAYS - 31 CHAPTERS | "SKILLFUL IN ALL WISDOM"

JANUARY SOED CAMPAIGN

1These are the proverbs of Solomon, David’s son, king of Israel. 2Their purpose is to teach people wisdom and discipline, to help them understand the insights of the wise. 3Their purpose is to teach people to live disciplined and successful lives, to help them do what is right, just, and fair. 4These proverbs will give insight to the simple, knowledge and discernment to the young. -Proverbs 1:1-4 (NLT)

Start the new year off with us as we read through the book of Proverbs. We are going to study and meditate on this book 1 chapter at a time for the entire month of January (31 days) in hopes that we, like Daniel, will be “skillful in all wisdom” as we dare to be marked by the spirit of excellence. Whether it’s one verse or multiple verses, we believe that the comprehension of what is written in these chapters will benefit us greatly.

Daniel 1:3 Then the king commanded Ashpenaz, his chief eunuch, to bring some of the people of Israel, both of the royal family and of the nobility, 4 youths without blemish, of good appearance and skillful in all wisdom, endowed with knowledge, understanding learning, and competent to stand in the king's palace, and to teach them the literature and language of the Chaldeans.

Each day of the month; 31 days in all, we will read 1 chapter a day; 31 in all, and meditate on the verses that speak to us. We would love for you to share the verses that stand out and any thoughts and or questions you have with us either in our Facebook Group or on our Campaign Blog. Along with this, on Tuesdays, we will gather on Zoom for our Virtual Bible Study where we will share our thoughts of that day's chapter (4th,11th, 18th & 25th) and then open it up for a group discussion.

So make plans to join us throughout January as we bring in the new year and see what wisdom from above that we can receive from the word of God.

- The Book of Proverbs:

These are words of wisdom; you would be wise to do these things; words of intelligence, words of insight, perceptiveness, discernment, sense, good sense, good advice, foresight, logic, rationale, soundness

The opposite would be full of stupidity, full of foolishness
