April SOED Campaign
For 10 Days starting April 11th and going through the 21st, we will focus on Daniel 1:17-21 & Luke 11:9-13, reading, studying, and talking about what the scriptures have to say about what and how God Gives Good Gifts.
In Daniel 1 we find God rewarding the 4 youth because they chose not to defile their bodies; "God Gave" them both natural and for Daniel a spiritual gift. This is important because it shows that God has the desire to cause you to shine both in spiritual things and natural things; in the church and in the world. So during this April Campaign, we are going to look at what God gave those Hebrew boys but also the results of them using what He had given them.
We will also look at Luke 11 where we will look at Jesus instructing His disciples to "ask" for the "good things" that God, our heavenly Father wants to give us. The "good thing" in this instance is the Holy Spirit. So we will seek to make sure that all who participates with us has "asked" and have also "received" the gift of the Holy Spirit.
This will be another 10 Day Campaign packed with the power of the living God and His word.
